Industrias d’Vallie is a Mexican company, founded in 1982, which dedicates itself to the production and commercialization of comforters, shams, pillowcases, sheets, bedspreads, bedskirts, cushions and other bed linen articles of which I send you some collection samples. Industrias d´Vallie also manages textile articles for the bathroom.

Our products have been characterized by their excellent quality, which is supervised from the purchasing of the raw material until the obtainment of the finished products. These are commercialized throughout the Republic of Mexico with the brand names Excellent House, Coral d´Vallie and Eminnens.

• Made in flat fabric with an intimate mix of polyester and combed cotton at 50% each, or 100% cotton.
• Printed with pigments or dyed in both fibers with reagents and calendered for final finishing to give shine.
• Total resistance to machine wash with water.
• No need ironing (50% polyester- 50% cotton).

• Filled according to specifications with laminated and undeformable delcron fiber of 100% polyester.

• COMFORTER: Consists of one article with two sights in printed or plain cloth of 50% polyester and 50% cotton or 100% cotton, calendered according to the above specifications, stuffed with laminated delcron fiber of 150 to 220 grams, fastened around the edge to assure durability, quilted over its whole surface to decorate and secure it.

• PILLOW SHAM: Consists of one article with two sights made of 50% polyester and 50% cotton or 100% cotton, with a decorative border (type chord) of contrasting fabric or coordinated with the set, stuffed with laminated delcron fiber.

• BEDSKIRT: Consists of a ruffle made of 50% polyester and 50% cotton or 100% cotton, printed or plain fabric according to the design. The ruffle can be combined in two sections along the width or with a bias to make the division. The bedskirt is also made with an interlining which serves to give it shape and fasten it to the mattress. The fabric of the interlining is usually a 100% polyester lining.

• CUSHIONS: They are made in a large variety of designs (squares with a decorative border (type cord), square with a frill or a double frill, square in the shape of an envelope, square with a decorative bow; and with this same variety in circular and neck roles).

• QUILT OR DUVET COVER: consists of one article with two coordinated sights either 50% polyester and 50% cotton fabric or 100% cotton, with a finish to decorate the contour (riveted). The cover has a double system of slits to introduce the comforter or duvet (two slits of 20 cm at one end and a main one that varies in size and approximately about half of the width from the comforter cover in the other end). The slits are either hidden, or forms part of the design and can be confection with or without buttons.

• BEDSPREADS: Consists of one article with one sight in 50% polyester and 50% cotton printed or plain according to design. The article is machine quilted with a 100% polyester delcron fiber filling.

Note: different types of bedspreads can be confectioned (with a skirt or flair, butterfly style or with pillow-cover).

• SHOWER CURTAIN: Consists of one article with one sight in 50% polyester and 50% cotton,plastified on the reverse side, with laminated stainless loopholes for hanging. It is made in one standard size: 180 cm X 180 cm

• BATHROOM SETS: Contains 3 pieces with one sight, which are the tank cover, the bowl cover and the floor mat/carpet.

  The covers are made with 50% polyester and 50% cotton fabric and have a delcron fiber filling of 100% polyester with a 100% nylon interlining.
  The reverse side of the carpet has an anti-slip backing and is filled with 100% polyester fiber lining.
  The sets are made in 3 sizes, which are: Standard, Gallery and Olympic.
  Curtains for the windows, Poof Valances, decorative tablecloths and table linen, seats and backrests for chairs and all textile articles for hotels are made according to the customer’s specifications.

  Note: these measurements are those required in Mexico, but we can adapt ourselves to the requirements of any purchaser.

        There are three types of product confection, which distinguish themselves in the following points:

• PROMO CONFECTION: tight measurements, only two prints to coordinate, 130-count fabric, filled with 180 gram fiber as a maximum, elaborated austerely (for volume promotions).

• LARGE CONFECTION: tight measurements, up to 3 prints to coordinate with, 160 and 180-count fabric, filled with 220 gram fiber as a maximum, simple elaboration with some details of decoration.

• FINE CONFECTION: ample measures, without limits of prints to coordinate, 180 and 200-count percale and jacquard fabrics, filled with 250 gram of delcron fiber high elaborated confection with all types of detail and without limit of creativity.

• Coral d’ Vallie : is uniquely for fine confection, fabric of 180-count. It has more decorative work and the confection is more sophisticated.

• Eminnens: a brand in which the confection is article by article with a very high degree of manufacture and where one article needs approximately 20 man hours for its elaboration.

• Excellent House: is for articles of confection of easy elaboration, it is for the Promo confection with 130 or 90-count fabrics and the Commercial confection with 180 or 160-count fabrics.

• We can also work with the client´s own Brand Name.

PRODUCTION

Production can be carried out in three ways:

• We produce with our own fabrics and designs.
• We produce with the design of the client, according to his specifications for confection and fabric, working ourselves only the supply of the fabric.
• We produce according to the client’s model with the fabric he supplies.

TARIFF CLASSIFICATION

• Packaging in PVC plastic bags or according to restrictions of country and specifications of client we can use other plastics
• Export packaging is included in quotation.

The quality control of our product is insured through the processes, methods and guidelines of the ISO9000 norm, a rigorous selection of the prime materials, a permanent control of the production process and a high degree of specialization of the employees. Our production process is manual, checked article by article in measurement and confection at every step of the process. Also every worker responsible for examining his work before it continues in the flow of production.

Before production we control the quality of the fabric at the moment of reception and do washing and drying tests. The cloth can then be sent for quilting or plastifying if required. All inspections follow a planned structure.

There is an audit every 6 months; one for the ISO9000 and one by the quality control system for standard parameters set by Puebla´s Technical University.

We follow our own quality standards, as there are no specific norms for confection. Industrias d´Vallie offers a large variety of exclusive models with quality of design and confection superior to the majority of its competitors.
